Presentation format:
The duration of each presentation is 30 minutes (20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for questions and discussion).

- Submission of abstracts – by 31 December 2026
- Notification of acceptance – by 1 February 2027
- Early registration – by 1 April 2027
- Registration deadline – 1 September 2027

Participants with a presentation
- Early registration (until 1 April 2027) – EUR 150
- Registration (until 1 September 2027) – EUR 170
Students and Doctoral Candidates
- Early registration (until 1 April 2027) – EUR 70
- Registration (until 1 September 2027) – EUR 100
Participants Requesting a Certificate of Attendance (without presenting a paper) – EUR 10
